Registration:
All students must complete a registrations form, and pay an annual membership fee. The membership fee is non-refundable, and runs through twelve months beginning with your start date.

Discounts:
When more than one family member takes classes at the World of Gymnastics, Cheer or Swim, only one child pays full tuition, all lesser tuitions receive 10% discount . A $5.00 discount applies to the registration fee of the second and third child.

Observation of Class:
For you convenience, you may observe your child's class from the Parents' Observation Room. There will be designated "Parent's Observation Days" when parents are invited to come in the gym and observe a class.

Make-Up Classes:
This privilege of make-up Saturday is one per 9 week period. Sign-up is required to ensure proper student-to-instructor ratio. There will not be a reduction in fees for absences.

Birthday Parties:
WORLD OF KIDS invites all participants to have a birthday celebration at the swim, gymnastics or cheer facility. The party is hosted by a trained instructor. Members will receive a 10% discount.

Inclement Weather:
Please call our office to find out if classes are cancelled due to inclement weather. We do not follow any particular school system since weather conditions can vary greatly from one area to another.

Withdrawal:
A written notice is required two weeks prior to stopping a class.

Attire For Class:
All gymnastics and cheer students should dress appropriately in clothes that allow the student to move freely with out restraint. Hair must be pulled back away from face and neck.

Cheer Students Only: Tennis shoes or cheerleading shoes must be worn at all times while attending class.
